Government records (test)

The records server's own database: everything the agents can see and change. This page reads it directly, as the government side would; agents only ever reach it through the MCP endpoint, and every one of those calls is in the inspector. It updates live. All people, IDs and phone numbers are invented.

Where this comes from: a SQLite database on the server, built from the JSON files in records_server/seed/ (citizens.json, schemes.json, grants.json). Every deploy, restart or "start again" in the chat rebuilds it from those files; changes made by agents live until then. SMS codes appear only in the SMS table, as the citizen's phone sees them; the database keeps just a hash.
